Please note: 45 mm / 44 mm adapters fit the 42 mm Apple Watch (Series 1 - 3), 41 mm / 40 mm adapters fit the 38 mm Apple Watch (Series 1 - 3), however the Adapters will slightly protrude at the bottom. Keep your watch band away from moisture and humid environments. In case the leather accidentally gets wet, remove the band from the Apple Watch and clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
Remove your band from the Apple Watch case at least once a month to clean the adapters and the bandslot, especially after it gets wet.
